Do I have the ECU, low idle problem?

OK so I've been in denial with myself that I have an ECU issue with low idle/ rough idle etc. so I'll describe the following issues and maybe you guys can help me determine whether I should take it to the dealership:

-Car starts fine with good exhaust note

-After 30 seconds to 1 min. the rpm's drop to 550-600 rpm's seen in this photo (link), engine noise changes tone to a quiet, bubbly sound.

-With the idle this low, it can be very easy to stall the car and too hard to get a quick, smooth start. The change in feel when the idle drops I feel like the car is going to stall and I lose confidence when I feel the engine lose power. I sometimes blip the throttle to 1k rpm to make sure I don't have a bad start.

Is this the same low idle issue that other people have reported?

There is an idle dip issue where the engine would idle at 600 RPM but once in a while it drops to 500 RPM and jumps up to 800 RPM.

I've never heard on low idle issue.
What you described is a normal operation.
When the engine is started cold, it idles at higher than 1000 RPM.
The idling RPM would slowly go down to 600 RPM as the engine warms up.

Alright thanks. I've fixed my low idle issue, just rev the shit out of the engine at stoplights and make people balk and laugh.
