I'm trying to take of the front bumper for the blackout housing, and the damn rivets on the bottom are not wanting to budge. Please refer to picture:
Any ideas?
Also, sorry if this is the wrong section.

its not easy but its not that hard.. take a small screwdriver pop that middle part up once that is up take a larger screwdriver and pry at the larger part.... both flat head screwdrivers

once mine got some road grime in them I had to spray with some wd-40 type lube to wash out some of the crap. then you take 2 small flat heads and pry where that little recess is between the head and the base equally until it's about 3/16 proud of the large flange, then pull the top with needlenose to remove whole assembly, or pry under large flange with a larger flat head.

When all else fails, break the sumbitch. They cost like $0.50 per rivet at any Home Depot and Lowes.

Having the right tools will help you out. These are life savers. That poor body clip looks like you been at it for a while like a dog scratching to get out of his cage haha. This car uses lots of body clips so I suggest investing in these. Several brands make these but I personally have KD. The straight ones and the 90' ones are the ones you will use the most.

Yeah, you would be right I have been working that clip. The under piece wants to keep moving with the upper part of the clip... Its just so frustrating.

I wanna say I have actually seen these body clip tools at AutoZone, NAPA, and PepBoys. For just one of em it will run you $15 bucks and even the most stubborn body clips become a 2 second job with these so worth every penny imo.
