Went to order a BRZ Think dealer is on B.S.
 

I went to a dealer today. I wanted to special order a 14 BRZ. I have time to wait anyways. I have a boat tying up all me free space, waiting for a summer spot at marina and have other vehicles to drive.
They said That if I order now I could expect a 14 model in may??? Sounded like B.S to me. I want a fresh delivered 14 and have the time to wait for it to be delivered. I.R.A subaru giving me a line and trying to pass off a 13 that has the are going to dealer locate? I never trust these dealers.

Considering 2014 BRZ orders don't open until June 3rd I would say yes, they are on some BS

True or not I don't know but I've read on these forums that orders can begin in June and delivery will begin in October.

Wager him $1,000 that he can't do it, get the bet in writing.

If he can get you the car by the end of May pay him the extra grand, if not he can pay you. Walk away with easy money.

Well at least I saved the initial email or evidence to annoy me. My thinking why pay msrp for a 13 when I can just order one.

Yeah do not deal with Ira Subaru. There are plenty of other reputable Subaru dealerships in MA.
