Bluetooth problem stock unit

Has anyone had any problems with the stock stereo Bluetooth lately? The past couple weeks it either says I'm connected in the settings but says no Bluetooth, and every now and then it skips! Like as if its playing a CD with scratches and won't play straight. The only solution I found is turning the car off and turning it back on. Anyone else having this problem?

I had the problem today, I turned off the Bluetooth from my phone then reconnected.

i've had the same thing. It doesn't happen everday, but usually the ipod connects, then disconnects. When i go to re-sync the bluetooth, the menu only has two options (when pressing the main button), which include SSP and Audio (bass/treble, etc...). Usually there is a bluetooth option which allows a manual sync, but that doesn't show up. The only way to reset is to turn off the car. Turning off the head unit doesn't do anything....

Yeah I think this is just a fault in the system. Has happened to me multiple times. I have only had success turning the car off and turning it back on. Even if I diconnect BT or restart my phone it still will be messed up.

The only issues I have with the bluetooth are the random volume/control lockouts from the BTA showing it's paused when it's damn well not. Annoying. Especially when you are blasting some loud DnB/Dub and you pull up to a drive through and start rolling down the window and turning the volume knob, only to find out it's stuck blasting bass wobbles into the drive-through microphone, while you dig into your pocket trying to get to your phone to kill the music.

Then you just straight bail, staring at the bewildered person in the window as you pass, and realizing there's a power button on the radio.

I assume.

I am having this same issue. This morning I even restared the car and it didn't fix the problem. Fails to connect and then no opton to manual sync, even when in park. i think I'm gonna take it in to the dealer as it is really annoying and now that i know I'm not the only one. When did all of you get your cars? Maybe we can figure out a time frame for the production of the issue. Got mine in May 2012.

Ill come back and post after I take it in.

Are you connecting with an Android 4.2 device? There is a bug with android's bluetooth audio that can cause this.

Im on 4.0. also, that wouldn't affect the HU not having BT options on the menu like the problems described here, just that phone trying to sync.
