Build By Passion Not By Committee
 

I think I read somewhere the slogan 'Build By Passion Not By Committee' was actually translated from a actual Japanese slogan.
Instead of getting a direct translation of the slogan, which always is inaccurate, can someone find/remember what the actual Japanese saying?
Please spell/sound it out in alphabets as I cant read Japanese.

You can watch the Chief engineer for Toyota in the DSport DVD video posted saying those exact words...."Built by passion not by committee". So, not exactly sure what you are looking for other than it coming from him in English.
