FR-S Headlights Question

I know this is going to sound really stupid to most people, but I genuinely do not know.

I am looking to buy led running lights for my FR-S. When I go to buy them some say running lights, High Beam; and others say running lights, Low Beam. Now I know the difference between low beam and your high beams. But what do I buy if I want my regular running lights to be LED? I noticed when my running lights are on, the high beams come from the regular headlights. And at night when my regular headlights are on, the high beams come from my running lights.

ALSO, I am about to buy the led white parking lights that switch back to amber when the blinker is on. However, I was wondering about a resister to keep them from hyper blinking. The package I am about to buy on ebay says it comes with both for $59.99. But where does the resister go?

Wait where are you buying the lights that switch from amber to bright white?

Your daytime running lights and high beam are the same bulbs. Does it make sense?

So if you switch your bulbs for LED's, you lose your high beam. Hope this helps.

And the resistor replaces the current flasher relay. Stick your head down by the pedals and look near the steering column. You'll see a rectangular black box that is fastened to the frame.

FYII was told that if you swap that relay, you should have LEDs front and back as you will putting a greater load on that relay if you don't.

As was said already, you WILL lose high beams.

You can also replace the entire blinker unit with a new one. That way, you won't have to worry about resistors.

eBay...at your own risk.

So if I buy the running lights that say High Beams, does that mean they can be regular & high beams?
