best way to install 12v wire for amp??

planning to install an aftermarket 2din unit with amp.
My local AV store wants to charge me $300 for installation. so i said no.
wheres the best place to run the 12v wire to the amp, to be installed under the passenger seat?

And also, i had experience installing head units before, but quite unsure where to drill holes under the passenger seat. i dnt wanna find a oil leak after getting my HU working.
any advice is great!!

thnx

As for mounting under the seat, I'm not sure but there is a factory amp on the drivers side of the trunk, you could probably remove it and add yours or mount close to it, if you still want to mount under the passenger seat run the power wire under the carpet like I mention in my diy

I like this step lol

The first thing you need to do is Disconnect the battery. Im not including a picture because if you dont know how you need to stop what your doing before you break something.

1) Remove the battery
2) Presto - you see a BIG ASS rubber grommet with plenty of room to add a new power wire
3) Run the new wire all the way down the passenger side of the car

if you remove the battery the install is ridiculously easy

I ran my power wire through my sound tube grommet.
