A few more details on our RCE Yellow springs.

Spring rates:
250 lbs/in front and rear
Drop:
20mm drop front and rear.

Replacement bumpstops are INCLUDED. Rates are linear at normal ride height.

We've maintained a similar easily controlled balance of the OEM car with just a bit more aggressiveness. The car simply has less pitch, dive, and roll for an even more responsive chassis that is well balanced at the limit. These functional springs works very well on the OEM tires and with stickier rubber.

The 20mm drop was chosen to maximize function. Good suspension geometry and with the help of the replacement bumpstops, proper compression travel remains for the suspension to work instead of easily bottoming out...whether it's in a corner or broken pavement. Better ride quality, better handling, and more predictable all around.

I'm assuming there's no alignment included at that price?

Extremely interested! How much extra would it cost to install/align the "BRZ Lite" kit with the Whiteline bushings and crash bolts? When is the shop available for install?

Also interested in a special for an install/align of the Lite kit! Headed to Tokyo for work on Nov 28th and can drop the car off for the install. Holiday special price in exchange for hand carry of JDM parts? =D

Definitely some interest here!

Any plans on you guys making the coilovers as well for these cars? Probably don't remember me but I worked for StopTech a while back when I was still in SoCal. I helped put some of your coils on my roommates STi, Erik Steinkamp, who also worked at StopTech. They were fantastic on and off the track.

any plans to offer a different rear spring rate? As an FRS owner Id be interested in keeping the balance of my car more like OEM Toyota rather than OEM Subaru. There's no doubt you guys have probably the best lowering springs for this car.

Hey guys, sorry for dropping out of this thread! I'll try to answer questions here more promptly.

The price listed does not include an alignment. We are not set up to perform alignments yet in our shop.

All driving testing was done on two BRZs, one preproduction model and our own car. We did test the OEM springs of the FRS and they are indeed different; however, the dampers are identical and that's what matters. With our springs on the cars will handle the same. We have done three or four installs on an FRS and the driving dynamics are exactly where we want them to be. And that means much better turn in, mid corner grip, and more control exiting corners. The stock dampers are pretty good so it gives us some room to work with.

We would usually offer up our own BRZ for test rides but right now it has our RCE T2 KW coil over prototypes. Maybe we can get a little meet going so people could try out a few different set-ups?

Please call to work out details if you're interested in the install special.

Im looking for a set of lowering springs for my BRZ and it think this products fits my needs. Im looking to reduce the wheel gap while maintaining current handling and performance (or potentially improving it).

Just for the record, I don't know if RCE is still doing this promotion since the thread is three years old.

But basically ever since the Yellow springs have been out, I've had them on my car. They've been great. I bought Koni Sport (yellow) shocks at the same time, and I really like the combination.
