Service advisor at Koons Tysons?

Does anyone here have experience at Koons Tysons? I'm planning on bringing my car in for its first oil change (have not decided if this week or next week - have 2300 miles so far but taking it down to Blacksburg Thursday to interview kids at Virginia Tech) and Koons Tysons is right by my office (at least the most convenient). Would like to know if there is a particular service adviser people like (or dislike) so I can make an appointment.

Thanks!

Take it to Stohlman Subaru, Carlos is good. It is a Subaru after all.

Carlos at Stohlman is the man. I do some work with Stohlman and have been sending subie owners to Carlos long before I had a Subaru of my own.

I know a service adviser at Koons Tysons with the name of Frank Lewis. Hes good people. Not sure about the team he works with there though.

I gave up, going to Lustine in woodbrige this time, since their shop area is soooo cleaaaannnn plus Im friends with a few techs there.

Lustine service department is great.

I ended up going on Monday (yes, right before the hurricane) and dealt with Aria Moshrefi - nice guy, seems very knowledgeable about the car. We discussed the idle dip issue (he has another customer who had the issue and needed ECU reflash and camshaft timing gear) and the fuel pump issue (also aware from his own customers and those handled by other service advisers).

He did not question my first oil change at 3300 miles (7 months from build date though) and charged it through to Scion as part of the complimentary package.

After one experience, I feel comfortable recommending him. They are very convenient to my office so I hope they keep it up!

I bought my car from Koons Tysons and have already taken it in for the first oil change around 5k. I also brought them the TSB's for taillight condensation and crickets and they ordered the parts after a quick checkup. No problems with them so far, sorry I didn't see this post until after you went ahead to them anyway.

I like taking my cars to Bill Page in Annandale. The parts and service employees know me. Every time I've had one of my cars there, they've always done great work. Long story-short, I trust them.

The building is looking a little dated, but my understanding is that they're to start work on a new one within a year.
