CEL Blinking/Hard Shaking.

So i was driving about 60 miles homes the other day at highway speed around 70-90 mph. When i got to a red light the car just started shaking at times pretty rough but it still drove fine.. i finally made it home and opened the hood saw the engine shaking pretty bad and the belts as well.. CEL started blinking on and off so i decided to turn the car off And when i turned it back on the shaking stoped and cel was gone. put another 20 miles on after that and no issues.. whats this about? car has 2700 miles .

A flashing CEL usually indicates a misfire, which could be attributed to the cam gear issue that some people on this forum are having. Feel free to correct me if i'm wrong...
