JRP FR-S suspension tech in PAS Magazine! Part 1
Hi guys,
Here is part 1 of the JRP FR-S build up, here you will see I added all the suspension bits from KW,Cusco and Whiteline. Part #2 will be the Magnaflow and exhaust, Part #3 will be audio upgrades, part #4 Wheels/Tires and forced induction. is there a reason why you would fit Whiteline rear upper arm camber bush when you are fitting Cusco rear lower arm? i thought the Cusco arm is adjustible for camber already? why need them both together? cheers |
I was wondering the same thing, but have two thoughts on it. Maybe to set the initial camber through the bushings, then be able to do fine or quick adjustments for track/street use, and the other would be to just get rid of those super gummy bushings lol. I was literally able to flex all the bushings with my hand moving the arms. They are super soft!!
Also I can't imagine this would affect anything being that it is in the rear, but maybe to help dial in scrub radius, or at least how far the rear wheels stick out in the back of the car. Thanks, Rick |

Pretty much exactlly why we changed booth, a) simply more fine tune adjustment as the rear tire was a little bigger than I wanted 265 vs a 255 and the bushing upgrade.
