Clunking noise at low RPMs in 1st & 2nd Gear?

Hey everyone, I've been hearing a sort of clunking noise when I drive in 1st & 2nd (no noise in 3rd-6th gear) at low rpms. Once the RPMs get high enough, the sound goes away, or if I've been driving the car for a while, like an hour or so, the sound also goes away even at low RPMs.

I brought it to the dealership and they inspected the entire under carriage but was not able to find anything making that noise.

I am suspecting that it might be the clutch? or something with the transmission? My vehicle is a 2017 Toyota 86 base MT, with 33,500 miles on it.

Any insight would be much appreciated, thank you in advanced!

Try to get a recording of the noise.

I had a similar noise when I removed my Whiteline transmission insert and failed to keep the transmission mount's metal center post straight when retightening. This was a very one-off situation though.

What mods have you done in the transmission area?

I dont think i have any mods done around the transmission area. The only thing that was done under the car is an exhaust, front pipe, over pipe, an headers.

Double check the overpipe isn't hitting the front crossmember.

If possible, I'd try to mount a camera underneath the car to get a better sound sample of what's going on. I can hear the noise in your video but it's somewhat hard to make out.

I'll see if I can get a something to mount underneath the car while I'm driving, the car itself is pretty low already so that might be a no go. I'll definitely double check to make sure none of the pipes are hitting anything though, thank you!
