Forged Internal Recommendations
 

Spun a rod last year and the car has been off the road since. I plan on ripping the motor out next month and sending it off to a machine shop to see if it can be saved. Any recommendations on internals that those have had success with?

2013 FRS w/ innovate supercharger.

If you are going to stick with the FA20, most folks go with IAG. A few years ago Element Tuning was building these engines too.

Price a built block first. May be close to same cost or cheaper.

How much boost? Street car?

Also keep in mind incidental parts, they stack up quick. Cam gears are 300+ each. I’d replace timing chain and tensioners too along with ARP studs.
