Ratting after installing Tomei UEL

Hey all, I apologize if this isn't the proper place but I was hoping for some ideas. I recently installed Tomei Uel headers on my 2017 brz with 140,000kms

During the second drive, after reinstalling the skid plate I can hear this vibration/tin like noise from the front right side of the car. It's very obvious when getting past 4k rpm.
( https://youtu.be/h_zVbverirg?si=xZeYRt-VpsZHW4I4 Most obvious in video after 3rd rev)

Just as a short list of what I have tried, I checked for contact along the skid plate itself, there was two small points of contact but I have since corrected them.

I retorqued all the bolts connecting the header to the block and overpipe.

Felt around the over pipe and its not contacting the sub frame

Any help is much appreciated

Did you drive it with out the skidplate?

Check for exhaust leaks?

A short drive around the local neighbourhood, around 5 minutes.

Got under it tonight after and found that the heat shield mount closest to the header had very neatly cracked and was creating the racket.

Updated :)

Yes I did, no soot or anything around or on the new gaskets.

Could probably clog the exhaust and shoot compressed air into it with some soapy water but for now I don’t think it’s necessary.
