Bad MAF Sensor

So I was at work letting my car run outside as I went in the prep shop, when I came out the Skid light was on and the CE light was on. I went to the shop and they are replacing the MAF, does me installing an Injen Intake cause me any problems.

It could be an issue, but may not be. Does Injen use an oiled filter? Sometimes oiled filters (like K&N) can dirty the MAF sensor. This can usually be fixed by spraying the sensor with some electrical contact cleaner. Cheap and easy if that is the problem.

Probably MAF sensor is fine, but you are getting misreads for one reason or another, leading to high fuel trims.

How long have you had the Injen? I've had mine maybe 3 weeks now and over 1000 miles and I haven't had an issues.
