Brz Fueling Issues/AFRs all over the place

Hey Everyone,

A little back story of the car. Its a 2013 and I turboed the car 2-3 years ago and it has 60k miles on it now. I haven't done any maintenance on it recently at all.

I have looked through a lot of the forums about fuel trims and other fueling issues but my issues never seem to be quite the same so I thought I would make a post on my own.

Ive had this issue for a few months now but it has slowly gotten worse over the past couple weeks.

First while cruising, the car would randomly go very rich (10-12 afr) and would bog/ almost die. this would happen for about 2 seconds then would go completely back to normal. I can never recreate it and it seems to be very random. At first this would happen every few weeks now its more like every few days and last 5ish seconds + sometimes it actually dies.

The AFRs are all over the place even while normal driving. They fluctuate between 11-17 while just cruising.

When I start the car and idle the AFRs also jump around and sometimes the car dies. I did a data log and my fuel trims are definitely off and have a very wide range. I will attach a couple of the logs.

Anyone have any ideas on what part has failed? also let me know if you need anymore information.

Thank you!
