I can smell my exhaust fumes through my ac.
I have been dealing with this issue for more than a year now. When the ac is on and my car is just idling (windows up) I can smell every bit of my catless fumes coming through the ac. This applies to all my ac settings but whenever I have the recirculation on, the smell goes away. Also I forgot to mention that my cold air went out about a year ago aswell, not sure if this would have to do anything with the smells I'm facing. Has anyone else dealt with this issue? And if you have what did you do to diagnose/fix. Hopefully I haven't been breathing in carbon monoxide everyday for the past year.

I would start by checking for exhaust leaks.
I ditched my catless front pipe due to fumes. Smell was an issue more often than not. |

Were you getting fumes from your ac aswell? After I installed the front pipe the smell definitely get worse. |
Catless setup smells.
I would still check for header leaks in the engine bay. And yes you have been breathing in CO. As long as the PPM is low and exposure time is low you will be fine. |
No OEM cats, will smell awful

It was hard to keep track of, any time I cracked the windows fumes were sucked into the cabin. Both windows all the way down was far less noticeable. |

And no. The "CAI" will have nothing to do with it. |
