Having one about the hyperflash issue would be nice. It's so intermittent that I doubt it will replicate for them at the dealership.

Unfourtunately, nothing about that yet. On the other forum somebody may have it figured out. They only experience it with low Sun at the back of the car. When blocked form the sun it works normal, but with direct sun on the lamp it causes issues. I have my turn section tinted over and have never had this problem. They think that the Sun may be putting in trace voltage to the led causing the car to see it as a malfunction. Do you have your turn sections tinted? Would you be willing to get the overlays to tint them to find out if it fixes it for you?

Very interesting. I assume these overlays are just a tint, and while I have an aversion to tinting lights as it makes it harder for people to see them, it's certainly worth a try. I wonder if just a UV filter would solve the issue too.

Probably not a UV filter. My tint is the on lighter side. Visibility is fine during the day.
