Alarm activate when i try lock the door

I've been on Holiday for 3 week. When i turn home i try to start my gt86 - 2013 and nothing. Battery was dead. Not big deal. after charging car start and drive but i cant lock it. When i try lock door using key it behaviour like bonnet or trunk is open. The same after a few second when it try lock itself. It beeps a few time than alarm starts. What can i do? Maybe faulty sensor or immobiliser was the reason battery get flat?

Thanks

the dash open door indicator should display only when doors or trunk are open

So it indicate all doors are closed.

3weeks, a stock vehicle generally shouldn't end up with a dead battery.

if the batteries slightly old, might just need to reset the car?

unplug the battery for a good hour or so, then reconnect.

you also checked all the door trunk switches that they're in proper operation?

All seems to be fine. I take it to work today, drive all fine but simply don't want to close. Leave it for 8 hour with unplugged battery - the same. Most likely one of door/hood sensor get bad - but witch one? i think maybe trunk one cause hood one is really simple, and after i close door windows go back up so it seems like car know door is closed.

or some immobiliser iself is faulty - draining battery. But where immobiliser lives? i try google it - unsuccessfully :/
