FRS 2013 doesn`t start after swap

Hi, guys here the deal:

I have bought Scion FRS 2013 with blown engine, replaced the engine for a rebild one, and its cranking but not start, there is no spark and injectors are not opening. Fuel goes into the ramp.
Replaced crankshaft position sensor, but nothing have changed..

DTC shows codes: p1640 U0100

Would be glad for any thoughts and advice

If you haven't already, recheck all of electronic connections.

what model year engine did you install?

is the DI module bolted/down and grounded?

Simple web search, may not be accurate seems to point to faults with the Engine Control Module. I'd verify that your engine harness is connected correctly. Might need a new engine harness?

that would be the first thing to figure out. the cam indicators changed in 15 along with some other updates, so a 15+ motor in a 13-14 requires additional work

OK don't take this as me thinking poorly of you but the question needs to be asked.
Have you checked all fuses and relays?

The engine has a turbo on it, what is the MAP size? What parts have been swapped from your old build to this one? Honestly you'd be better off getting it running on a stock map with stock intake/ exhaust manifold if you're having issues

I agree that the main issue when you need to figure out what was done with the car before. The story from previos owner is: He bought HKS GT3-RS turbokit, and a lot of parts and software (ill put the list below), took the car to the shop to install everything, and they returned him car with blown engine :w00t: . What happend we may only guess))

Parts
• [1 Mishimoto oil cooler (off the car)
• [1 Injen Air Intake (off the car)
• [] Borla UEL headers (off the car)
[1 Omni map 3 sensor
[1 Delicious tuning
- [] Ecutek tuning software (off the car)
•[] AEM air / fuel gauge
- [1 SB DXD Stage 3 daily clutch
[1 HKS GT3-RS Turbo kit
[] Hks s type oil cooler
[1 Tein flex Z coilovers
[1 Borla exhaust
•[1 Brand new flywheel and clutch
Clutch, flywheel and turbo brand new

THIS^
At this point there are so many unknowns that all the guess on the internet may never catch it.

Old school diagnosis trick: Spray some starter fluid into the intake. If it tries to start then you know it's a fuel problem. If nothing happens, you are no worse off.

Threre is no spark, so I`m not sure it will start and don`t want to start it this way.
probably today will take out the engine and look if shafts are stand in propper way...
