Hydraulic clutch regrets
I now understand why companies just don’t deal with hydraulic bearings. After installing everything and bleeding the clutch i notice i kept getting air no matter what. Coming to find out i have a leak from the tilton bearing on the bleeder line which requires dropping the trans AGAIN just to tighten a line. Anyone know a way i can test this line out before installing trans back to ensure it’s properly sealed?

It’s an AN fitting, 99.9% of the time there is no issue if torqed correct. If you are having issues I would add Seco seal to it.
You say you are getting air intrusion without fluid leaking? Sound like there may be another issue? |
