Code P0133

My car started throwing code P0133 the car has a JDL UEL uncatted header and I think a stage 2+ OFT tune. After doing some research it seems like this is related to the front o2 sensor and could be related to having a o2 sensor spacer. My question is does this o2 sensor have a spacer or is this normal? The thing circled in blue is what I'm not sure about is that a spacer?

did that spacer come with the header?

Is it a spacer? I bought the car like this and I'm not sure what it's supposed to look like on a aftermarket header.

ive done a uel header mod once and ive never seen an o2 sensor like that. it should look like the pic, that flat part should be close to the header piping. that "extension" might be throwing off your cars readings.

The upstream 02 sensor screws directly into the manifold. Often a spacer is used on downstream 02 sensor to avoid throwing a P0420 (Cat insufficiency code) with hi flow or catless manifolds.

I finally got the o2 sensor off and that was a spacer I removed it cleared the codes and drove about 20 miles so far so good.
