New short block, should I use break-in oil?

I'll have my car started up for the first time with a new short block this weekend. I've done the work myself, but I can't decided if I need to use break-in oil for the first ~100 miles before I go to the usual 0w-20. Normally I'd just follow the manual, but given I'm doing the new (OEM) short block myself there's no factory testing or anything done. Also the IAG short blocks have a break-in procedure that requires break-in oil.

Thoughts?

I have IAG and yes break in oil is the best for a new engine. I believe I used the Motul. Changed at 50, 500 and at 1,500 went to non break in
