Brought laundry list to Sommer's Subaru...results.

I took my car in with the following warranty issues:

Condensation in both rear lights (none present when I arrved)
Vibrating shift knob
Crickets
Drivers side window molding

Dropped the car off in service and explained/showed them all the issues. It was 70 and rainy so the crickets weren't around, and the shift knob wasn't buzzing either so I didn't expect resolutions on those two.

1h later they came back and said they were ordering new drivers side molding and two rear lights (although photo lists one). :happyanim:

They didn't skip a beat, make me prove anything (I had photos of bad condensation on the car), or give me any hassle.

Great experience.

Bit of personal information on there bro... May want to take that photo down and just recount what transpired.

Thanks, I wasn't looking too closely at the invoice.

No problem! I figured you posted quickly due to excitement! :-) Didn't figure you wanted to have that information out there... Glad to see everything worked out with the tails though!

Did you replace the window molding due to it folding up or due to wind noise? (I have bad wind noise that I need to take it in for)

Yeah I'm going through the same thing. When I'm on the highway I get the wind noise but I can only hear it through my drivers side window. I'm going for my first service/oil change tomorrow. Let's see what they say or do for me.

Folding up. No wind noise for me.
