Angle Set-back

Went to a professional workshop to have my frame checked. Got some negative in the rear camber and set-back at front. The shop said that everything is fine and there are because of bad infrastructure. BTW my area is filled with bad roads and pot holes. Any idea how can I fix this or should I just leave it without a worry?

Honestly from what I've seen of our cars this is all within spec and may well have left the factory that way. If you want some better performance you could get some parts to dial in more camber but that is a preference thing rather than a necessity.

I am just hoping they do not indicate any sort of frame damage.

Our cars are surprisingly tough, if nothing is clunking and it drives well i wouldn't worry.

2 degrees isn't frame damage.

2 degrees is someone having a bad day on the assembly line. or poor alignment jig setup...

strat61caster 08-13-2021 04:13 AM

I don't see two degrees on any of those measurements...

There aren't, I was worried about the front set-back in the first picture

That’s 5 minutes! That’s nothing! 0.08 degrees!

Your chassis is very very straight. The corner-to-corner measurements are only off by 1mm! 3176 vs 3177

Time to stop worrying and drive the thing! [emoji964]

A friend of mine said usually there might be a value little bit higher than there is, in this case the corner to corner measurements by 1mm. He said it's a systematic error, how valid is this information?
