Flexible ABS lines for relocation

I want to relocate the ABS, but need flexible hydraulic lines. On the other hand removal is done with a kit and creates a knob for adjusting rear front brake pressure. If I were to remove the ABS and KEEP the brake booster would the CEL come on for the ABS or can ECUtek mod the ECU ROM to disreguard the ABS? I have converted a 02 Galant from automatic to manual before and paid a programmer to remove the Automatic solenoids from the ROM so I know this is a thing, but is it possible with this platforms computer?

EDIT: Another Thought, if I could get the sizes for the fittings on the ABS(VSC,VDC) module i could just make my own fittings and put it somewhere else in the engine bay?

My purpose you ask? The ABS is just in the way, I want a bigger air filter for my JDL turbo or at least more space so it doesnt rub against anything.

You can bend and flare new brake lines. Or adapt them all to AN
