Fuel cut/throttle cut in high boost after installing motor mounts

I installed motor mounts by jacking up the engine by the oil pan and didn't remove the header. I noticed with the engine raised, the intercooler piping was touching my APR Performance Radiator Cooling plate. It was very snug. Could a loose hose or piping cause throttle cut like that?

Pic of my engine. You can see where the APR radiator cooling plate. (Oil cooler has been installed, I just don't have a current picture.) https://imgur.com/kXfpz7u
