Center exhaust pipe damaged, looking for cheap alternatives

I wish I inspected the car before I purchased it, because I noticed a leak after I jumped a curb, then put it on a lift and the center exhaust is bent (you can kind of see the kink) from the previous owner.

Cheap fix = exhaust shop.
Or find a used stock nearby, people practically give them away.

Don't worry about it if it's not leaking.

It's a common place for exhausts to become flat, especially if you plan to lower the car in the future. It's the lowest point on the car where the exhaust will cross over, and had a good chance of smacking the ground.

If it has a hole where it's flatted, get an exhaust shop to weld it closed. If you really care, people sell whole used stock exhaust systems for $50 to $150.

Personally I wouldn't care on a stock twin. Simple fix would be buy a second hand stock axle back from someone "upgrading" their exhaust.
