Push To Start not working

I have a 2013 BRZ with 160k miles on it. Every time I push the start button, the green key light starts flashing and will only go into on/accessories mode and won't start even with the clutch fully depressed. sometimes, after pressing the clutch down and clicking the start button multiple times it occasionally starts up. I have already replaced the clutch starter switch at the pedal and it seemed to help for a little bit but after about a week it started doing the same thing and has gradually gotten worse. anyone have a similar issue and got it fixed?

Will it start if you hold the fob to the start button?

Check your battery, if its worn that might be it. Should be around 13-14 volts fully charged.

Sorry for not replying sooner, my battery has tested fine. I’ve checked the alternator and starter and they are okay as well, it still goes to on, the accessory mode then off and I’m stumped on what it could be

Clutch safety switch?

Maybe the start button (switch) itself is bad?
