Brz performance package brembos

I got someone local to thats selling brembo brakes front and rear. they have 4k miles on them. its full brake setup. the calipers, rotors, lines and bolts. theyre asking 2k firm. im just wondering if thats worth it or not?

For braking performance, not really. For bling it might be be.

Why would someone buy the PP if they were just going to upgrade the brakes anyway? I wouldn't bother on any account. You can buy big brake kits for similar money that will perform better and look better.

bingo. i didnt plan on doing much to my car so i thought the PP made sense at the time. but now ive replaced everything in the PP but the brembos. And honestly stock brakes are good enough for autocross.

id say pass on the brembos

It's usually just a partout from a totalled car.

In some uncommon instances, the PP was a better value and parting out the PP is cheaper than buying a base.

This is more or less what I was getting at honestly. Just hoping there's not something wrong with it or underlying damage

Not bad. Would low ball depending on condition. 2k is to much. Maybe 1200-1500$ max
