Remove O2 sensor without header removal

Just put on my new EL JDL header but I am trying to rule out an issue with my fuel trims at idle going wonky. One theory is is the possibily the O2 wideband has gone bad. With a long reach tool can it be removed without removing the header?

Yea did some googling and with the under tray off it's easy access.

I took mine off from the top. I don't see how you would remove it from the bottom.

Yes, I have pulled mine out from the top using a couple long extensions and a o2 socket
