Limp Mode no Code

Hey guys my 2013 FRS threw a warning light for a few seconds because my coil packs were acting up. However, ever since it flashed, my car has been revving in limp mode with a what feels like 40% power loss at full throttle. Normally whenever the light goes off, I can just reset the thrown code in my oft but nothing is there to turn off. Any thoughts? The coil packs have been replaced recently with around 2k mi on them. I have looked through alot of forums on here but I haven't been able to find the correct ones. Help!!!
2013 FRS, Tomei EQ Header, Perrin performance air filter, Stage 2+ OFT tune, W/ aftermarket exterior.

What makes you think the coil packs were acting up? How many miles on the car? Any other recent mods to the car? There have been limp mode issues in the past due to certain wiring that has come loose. Also, what lights show up on the dash?

The car might have stored the code even though the CEL is no longer on. I'd recommend plugging in an OBDII scanner and see if it'll give you any codes. Flashing CEL usually indicates misfire, but it would be nice to isolate it to a cylinder if possible.

Correct me if I'm out to lunch, but doesn't a battery disconnect flush most things (other than the ROM).

Also remember that OFT doesn't show codes for all ECU's...
