Crank Pulley install help

Tried installing a lighter weight crank pulley this past weekend and the pulley spacer came out.

Once reinstalled the belt jumped off and I noticed that the pulley and spacer weren't flush up against the block.
I removed everything and reinstalled everything, nothing looks sheared or broken.

Is this going to affect the timing at all?

Oh boy does not sound good. I just put on my kit water pump, crank, and alternator pulley. Was very careful to not let the spacer on the crankshaft come out. I can say I feel a difference especially from 1st to 2nd gear is smoother if you will. I am happy with the results haters hate but to me it feels better all around. Hope you didn't F something up.

It won't effect your timing. The spacer drives the oil pump only.
