BRZ Turn Signal / DRL on FRS Wiring Help
 

Hey I recently converted my FRS front end to a BRZ front end. I bought the daytime running light strip/turn signal that sits above the fog light on the brz and plugged it directly into the FRS turn signal connector. The problem is, the BRZ drl/turn signal light only turns on when I am actively using the blinkers/hazards. Is there a way to have it turned on at all times AND flash when I blinker/hazard? I tried looking at a wiring diagram posting on the forum, but unfortunately I don't understand how to read it.

You would need to wire in a relay. Use the NC/C contacts, powering the drl from the drl circuit, and use the turn signal wire to trigger the relay

How did you manage to connect it. I also have an frs bumper on my BRZ and I bought the turn signal lights that sit above the fog lights but the wiring is completely different for the bulbs. It's been a while since I looked at it but I'll look again to clarify more.
