Can you recommend good shocks/struts?
Hi Guys!
I'm thinking to get either Eibach Pro kit or sportline to lower my car (probably Pro kit). At the same time, I'm trying to replace shocks/struts too (since I have a bouncy ride after accident). Can you please recommend good shocks/struts that will be a good match with Pro kit? |

My vote, find a set of used BRZ Sachs struts. But something like Koni or Bilstein would suit a lowering spring better.

Find some Sachs from a performance package BRZ. I'm sure you can get them cheap from someone who already swapped to coilovers.

Is stock performance package BRZ sachs better than Koni Struts? |
Guys,
I have a newbie question. I have 2018 BRZ performance package, and it seems like PP Sachs are same as the shocks/struts (functions same?). And, I can replace Sachs/shocks/struts to Coilovers?? So should I just get coilovers instead of purchasing springs (to lower car) + shocks/struts because it will cost about the same?? Eibach springs + shocks/struts will cost around $600, and coilover is around $700-800 |
Don't mess around, get you some tein flex z. Good quality, affordable price. I've had mine for about 50k miles, no issues. Plus you can adjust the height to your liking whenever you want!

so I might choose coilover although I'm not sure I'm going to get the tein. |
