I noticed it happens when the a/c is on, I turned off the a/c and the problem ceased.

I had my clutch replaced just yesterday, not sure how it would be related if it happens when the car is in neutral.

Come to think about it I haven't driven the car much since the clutch was replaced, maybe it is just the ECU relearning and nothing more.

- Start the car and let idle for 10 mins. This will let the ECU figure out the throttle calibration for a smooth idle.
- Turn off the car for a few mins.
- Start it back up and drive around!

That should fix your issue.
