ECU PINOUT DIAGRAM HELP!

Hi fam, I’m looking for an Australian ecu pinout diagram for the four (4) plugs for a 2013 Toyota gts86 smart entry.

A diagram that explains and shows:
What colour the wire is
What’s its function
What pinout on what plug out of the (4)

A more of a reason in searching for these results:
Wires I’m looking for for this particular vehicle are:
- IG (12v)
- Ground
- Tachometer
- NE+

There might be something on ft86club but I haven’t seen it yet.

Thankyou

Can't help you with the pinout, but I'm 99.9% sure you're not going to find a dedicated tach signal wire, it'll only be available on the CANBUS.

Hey wparsons, I’ve tried just earlier looking for the CANBUS wiring diagram to find those wires but I’ve had no luck finding anything.

Do you know of any helpful links and information?

Thanks mate!

You can access the CANBUS through the OBD port, but you can't just listen on a single wire for a signal, you have to decode the messages passed around the system.

What are you trying to do with all this?

Check the link on my sig line. Not my stuff but many thanks to the host.

I’m trying to tap into the ignition/tachometer/NE+ wire.
I’ve found all wires but the ignition wire on the ecu 4plug module.

I’ve been installing the Bee*R unit to my gts86 smart entry car.

The whole unit kinda works with the car but doesn’t operate 100% so I’m guessing there might be stronger or more reliable wires to tap into or more desirable wires to tap into.

One guide said yellow wire from the beer to the igf
One guide said yellow wire from the beer to the tachometer
While both guides for the green wire from the beer to the NE+ Engine Speed

Right now I have it set up with the yellow wire from the beer to the tachometer because I’m not sure if there even is an igf wire on the ecu for the smart entry gts86.

I’ve also bought a 1 week licence with techstream, I have the software and obd cable for the laptop, the licence is to register it just won’t sork when registering it through the techstream windows app

The purpose of the bee*r unit is to cut ignition so when the signal wires are tapped into and grounded, the unit cuts ignition when the engine speed hits the set rpm set by the dials on the unit.

Common causes of the unit not working:
The ground wire
The switches on the side of the beer unit
The wiring
———-
My ground connection is fine,
There are also switches on the side of the beer unit 1,2,3,4 and they’re correct
As I have stated above there are more than 1 guide to this.
The one specific for the 86 has the yellow signal wire going into the tachometer on the ecu
The one that came with the unit as universal instructions for “Toyota 4cyl” has the yellow wire going to the igf and green to the NE+

I have diagrams to show and help but they’re too big in size to upload

Looks like there is a dedicated one that you can tap into.

The info is all in there, I didn't read close enough to remember which pin you need.
