Quick Q on Injectors & Coils

There's no actual performance gains in upgrading injectors and ignition coils on a stock engine, correct? These are just only for a bump in combustion efficiency mostly beneficial to FI applications is my current understanding. Just looking to confirm.

Not efficiency, it's for when you run out of injector capacity when you fill the cylinders with more air. Not seen anyone upgrade the coils except for those that have had ones fail.

Injector capacity = horsepower output. You upgrade based on target HP output + rest of engine build.

Ignition coils, same as above if you have/foresee ignition issues with your setup. It's a blanket statement but these are things you don't upgrade for the sake of upgrading.
