Control arm torque specs
 

Can someone help me locate the control arm torque specs?

For all three locations on the control arm.

Link to the service manuals in my sig line.

I'd go by what you can find in the service manuals that Ultramaroon posted. I found these from the coilover install video from ft86speedfactory:

Rear Strut to LCA: 59 ft/lbs
Rear Strut to Chassis: 22 ft/lbs
LCA to Chassis: 59 ft/lbs
Endlink to LCA: 28 ft/lbs
