Anyone else have this issue with Valenti Tails
The issue I'm having is when I tap on the brakes, the passenger LED Bar lights up and is very bright like i remember but the driver side is very dim. It still however lights up. I've had my Valentis for over 3 years and never had an issue but now im not even sure when this started because i obviously never look at my rear end when i am braking. I only noticed it because someone else told me my brake lights appeared to be off on the driver's side.
the parking lights/glowing Bracket LEDS still work however. |
A simple way to determine if it's the light of something else would be to remove the lights and swap them. just lay them in the trunk. press the brake and see what happens. If the dim light moves over to the passenger side it's a problem with the light. If the problem remains on the drivers side then the problem is the car-probably wiring.

Check the ground and/or replace the bulb (LED) - :iono:

I’ve noticed aftermarket taillights work for about 3 years and then start to have issues.
