Main Body ECU (BCM) replacement

Hey, I need to replace the main body ECU on my 16 FR-S. It's not sending ground to the drl relay because I accidentally sent power through that control circuit. Anyway, the dealership wants 2 hours labor to install, and they refuse to install a used one. Has anyone had to do this yet? I'm hoping to not need techstream to initialize it. The manual says if replacing with an OTHER THAN NEW ECU, that you only have to jumper two pins in the OBD port, but it doesn't specify for the Main Body ECU. Any experience would be great, especially from a tech.
