Wheel poke, will lowering it with spring tuck them?
 
I have 17x9 wheels with a 35 offset and want to lower the car but im not sure if i lower it if it will work correctly since my tires poke i think it will hit the fender.

You will get -2ish camber in the rear from lowering. But not the front. So, I'd suggest getting a set of camber bolts for the front. This will help them "tuck".
