Uneven coilovers (Yonaka Spec 2)
So I'm still learning more and more about cars, and I noticed while jacking my car up from the front that when the car's raised, one wheel falls at least 3" lower than the other, what should I be looking for to fix that? The same issue is found at the rear as well, one side sits a bit lower than the other when raised. In addition, how would I go about softening the suspension after evening these out? I don't run very low and just want to dampen some of those aggressive bumps while driving. This is definitely a beginner question, so forgive me for that, still learning.

You'll have to figure out if the droop travel is being limited by the coilovers or more likely the bushings. Additionally the swaybar could be limiting travel if the endlinks are not adjusted correctly.
Finally it appears as though the coilovers are preload and height adjustable. Do you have the preload set correctly? It's possible those settings are messed up. Does the car sit correctly on the ground? |
