Car VIBRATION

Hi Guys.

I need your expert advice. So, one month ago, after my mechanic changed my clutch kit, shortly after that change, my transmission started vibrating (like severe vibration). This happened after i drove the car for like 1-2 hours (with the engine being on idle for at least 45 mins during the 1-2 hrs). So, when it started vibrating, the CEL got on and even started blinking. What i did was I allowed the car to cool down and it was good to drive again except that the CEL continued to appear (but not blinking). I had it checked at a mechanic. The error read. Misfiring cylinder 3. So, what I did was i changed all 4 spark plugs and all 4 ignition coils. I was driving for 1 month and the car was fine except that today I drove for like 1-2 hrs and again my car was on idle for at least 30 mis during the stop for a break. So When i started driving again, the severe vibration got back on with the CEL blinking. I don't know what to do anymore. Anyone experienced this before? What can be the issue? Again, I allowed the car to cool down and it was good to go again after 30-45 mins.

Thanks for all your help

Note that i never have this issue for short drives i.e. less than an hour

You might try disconnecting the negative battery terminal for a minute, step on the brake, reconnect the terminal. Re-setting the ECU may "fix" it.

Then again, maybe not - :iono:

That #3 coil pack is prone to failure because the exhaust plumbing is so close to it. Are the heat shields all still in place?
