What do you think of this track alignment?

Not enough negative camber? It looks like they fiddled with toe, nothing else.
What do you have on the car for adjusting camber (assuming bolts up front, all stock in the rear)? |

I would advise more camber for tracking. You can get more camber from those parts. For the fronts use the bottom OEM bolt on the top slot of the knuckle and use the 14 mm SPC bolt for the bottom slot.
I noticed you were local as well. Not sure which shop you went to get your alignment but Elite Performance in Burlingame works on a bunch of our cars and they have never failed to get me excellent alignments. If you plan on tracking you should come out to a 86 Drive Challenge event with us. See you at the track! |

I was planning on 86 drive challenge, so just a matter of time before you'll see me out there. |
I got an alignment at Elite and was only able to get similar numbers in the front with camber bolts (-1.6). With lowering springs on my previous car I got -1.9 (also at Elite). Considering camber plates once I’m not worried about stock class in 86 Drive anymore. :)

SPC + 14mm bolts can get up to -3.3 degrees with a 40mm offset wheel. Definitely can get a lot more if they know what they're doing.

Expect understeer
|
I’m pretty annoyed at $280 for this “track alignment” where all they did was reduce rear left camber to factory specs and didn’t install the 14mm bolts like I asked.
|
Well go back and argue with them, because that is not a track alignement by a long shot. Not enough camber anywhere, toe-in in the rear but 0 toe on the front. If your objectif at the track is to destroy the shoulders of your tires while enjoying massive amounts of understeer, then this is really good...

It's further for you, but Auto Innovations in Milpitas can put in custom settings for ~$120 (typically $80 but more for strut cars).
$280 is a ripoff, even for "knowledge" etc from a race shop. I would never return. |

$75 here for any specs I want, at $280 I would say fuck it and buy my own equipment, at those rates it would pay for itself in a year or two.
