Replacing broken driver side foglight

Hi there,

I'm new to the forum, sorry if this might be asked before.
I have a 2014 Scion FR-S Monogram series. When I purchased the car it came with OEM foglights and recently my driver side foglight got busted and was wondering which aftermarket foglight is closest to OEM quality? Found out that one OEM foglight from Toyota costs around $300, not sure if I want to spend that much..

Also I plan on switching out the bulbs to match my OEM HID headlamps, any suggestions on which bulbs to use without melting the foglight housing?

Can't help with the housing, but once you figure that out I recommend VLEDS Micro series LED headlight bulbs. Comparable output and color to HID and much easier to install.

Just replacing the bulbs in the OEM housing won't really improve anything. Get those Morimoto foglights and you'll definitely see the difference.

Yeah, I was impressed. Then again, they don't have to do much to work better than the stock setup... which is basically just a cosmetic enhancement, more than a functional one, lol.
