And double sided tape.

Will it be stable and will not drop off when i hit the freeway?

I think 2 sided toupee tape should do the job.

Actually, they look a lot like WRX STI wings. I'm going to take a look in the garage...

...the bases are quite wide and stable looking. Peeking under the edge of the deck lid liner there appears to be 2 bolts per side in a 45 degree config relative to front/rear. No doubt some type of backing washer possibly with something to dampen contact with the sheet metal.
