BRZ passenger window will not pair!

What is going on my BRZ and FRS Brotheren?

I know what your thinking, this idiot just needs to pair his window by holding down the window switch for 5-10 seconds and then repeat on the way up.

I know this process and have had great success with this process in the past, but after 3 months of repeated attempts, i am turning here for help.

I have the typical, flashing light on the passenger window switch, window valet not working and leaving the window down after anyone opens the passenger side door.

This all started when i replaced the speakers in each door. I took off both door pannels, sound deadened them, and put them both back together without issue.

Thoughts: Could the rubber window seal that the window goes into when you roll it up be causing a jam? Could a screw have come loose and caused the window itself to loose it's mounting position?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks guys,
Balakay!

Loads of things could be going on inside there. Could have dislodged a wire, something jamming the mech, could be misaligned, etc. Only way to find out is to pull the door panel again and take a look.

I completely agree that there could be a multitude of things happening, especially since it let me pair the window once about a month ago, but it immediately jammed and stopped working the next use.

I have pulled the panel off three times now, checked all wires, and i even purchased and installed a whole new window up/down switch that helped none.

I have checked to make sure the window is not touching anything, relocated all wires to be completely out of reach of the window, and still nothing.

My driver window stopped pairing as well, but I have no blinking light. The window just doesnt move up/down when opening or closing the door. Mine is almost full on racecar by now, so I just let it be. It started happening after I had a rollbar installed, so maybe some wired got cut or moved or something, as @Tcoat suggested.

Our an auto glass place. If all the obvious has been exhausted may be time to let the experts look at it. I will weld in a whole new floor pan or completely rebuild an engine but won't even attempt glass work beyond the basics. It is a black art.
