clear sidemarker is getting loose

I bought a clear sidemarker about an year ago from amazon and now it starts to getting really loose and pop off time to time everytime I fixed. Should I just buy new set of clear sidemarker from ft86speedfactory since they are claim that their fitment is same as OEM from factory. It's kinda expensive ($95) but if it is truly the OEM factory fitment then I might consider buy for it. Thank you in advance!

First off, thank you for saying loose and not lose. :bonk:

Next, I used a writeup @zeal86 wrote. Essentially you drill a hole in the plastic housing of the light then use a small gauge wire to tie a knot at that spot and run the wire to a hole off the frame. I used a wire to make a loop then I used zip ties so I could cinch it tight. It worked perfectly.

I had Helix for 3 years before they split in half, and yes the JDM ones have MUCH better fitment and a nicer material. When you tap on the plastic you can tell it’s OEM.

By having a better fit, it’ll put less stress on the notoriossuly fragile A clip and you’ll have them looking fresh for much longer.

PS, I think I drilled two holes like a front and back thing to get it to sit evenly.
