Any suggestions on these or differneces?

Also I know its for the TOP Bolt, but is it possible to get 2 sets and have 2 on each side of the strut? for top and bottom to get more camber, or does it not work like that?

sorry really noob to this, please let me know!

I got two sets of SPC bolts (so top and bottom). On stock suspension I got 2.7 and on Bilstein and rce tarmacs I got 3.1.

I have one set of bolts on the top on left and right. Somehow I managed to get -2.4 left, -2.35 right...

It's the exact same parts. I can tell you for sure they both fit (I swapped out my stock suspension for hte bilstein/RCE combo myself). How easy it is to align is not something i can answer but take it to any performance shop and i'm sure they'd know what to do.

81305 is 14mm and would be too small for the top hole. It is meant for the bottom slot. While you could get more adjustment since it's got extra play there have been issues of slippage with slotted struts and eccentric bolts so not sure that would be a good idea.

Get the 16mm SPC bolt for the top if you want to run 2 eccentrics. Or get 81305 for the bottom and put the OEM bottom bolt in the top to get more adjustment.

I'll see if I can find the 16mm SPC part number and update my adjustable suspension FAQ and link back here later.

Edit: http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=103609 has the part numbers for both the 14mm and 16mm SPC bolts in the first post now

What's the difference between 81260 and 81305?

8RZ 03-27-2018 01:24 PM

The difference is 45.

beats me, I've had the 81260 installed on my car for three months so there's that
the description on the spc website is more detailed on the 81260 than the 81305 fwiw

But 81305 says its specific for the FRS/BRZ. I wonder if they just create new part numbers for certain cars so it comes up in Google searches

I just checked my part numbers and I have two of the 81305 sets. Have had them for about a year with no issues. Where have you seen issues of slippage?

EAGLE5 03-31-2018 04:54 PM

Slippage happens. If you're doing top and bottom bolts, just check for it every once in a while. It's not like the whole suspension is going to fall off.
